The correct method to clone this drive with pending bug is by uploading a loader.
I'm sorry, MRT is very buggy for handling Seagate F drives, LDR file will not be uploaded properly in MRT utility.
You will need something like pc3k or DFL.

There are other ways to fix CE Log issue via terminal commands, but it is very risky to use those if you need to recover data.

Well,
Even The Old Seagate Doctor Tool Was God in Solving This Issue ,But You Had To Solve And Hotswap Sata Connector ;-)

I would try to upload in ram the APP code and ATA overlay with STcom (not the fake one).
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=83&t=1810

You can do it also with Seagate Salvation Data tool if you have it.

The risky way is to give T4E command via terminal, you will lose data if the operation fails due to bad heads or bad service area or if ROM version doesn't match with CERT code.
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=83&t=175

You can check in terminal if rom match cert with CTRL+R command

Hey guys, I couldnt fine proper loader, so decide to do the T4E
but after Ctrl+r terminal show
Code:
INVALID Cert Disk Code - ROM Resident Revision Required: AGM6L0

So I guess I cant use this method either?

You can search and buy donor drive same as your patient and get uploader code from it.
