ST3450857SS size 0GB

April 12th, 2018, 6:28

Hi all.

I have n. 12 Seagate ST3450857SS disk from a SAN Fujitsu Eternus DX60. They are 520 formatted and if I put it into a Synology, I only see a 0GB size.
I have tried to flash from the Fujitsu Firmware to the standard one from Seagate's site without result.

Could you help me to reuse it?

Thanks a lot.

I do not care about data in it.

Then read about the options for formatting it to 512byte in this forum and try that. There was a thread about this one or two days ago.
