Hard Disk spins normally. No weird sound.
The sata-2 connector is O.K. Blue light is on.

when I plug "USB device not recognized" message appears. I reflow and resolder "The coupling capacitor.

after that message disappears.

I need data. How can I convert to SATA?

More than resoldering those coupling capacitors ( donĀ“t know, never saw problem in that area ) you should check the usb connector, those chokes pointed with white traces in your picture, and check continuity with an usb cable inserted fromt he pins in the computer-side of the cable to the processor side of those little chokes.

Also, depending on the disk/computer, you need to use a powered usb hub or cable with two usb connectors for these to work.

ISTM that the drive is OK but is unable to communicate with the bridge IC.

Yes, you are right.
Unfortunately, my PCB is BF41-00309A 00.

I have a Samsung HM321HI . its PCB is BF41-00315A-05. it looks like compatible.
swap roms but it's useless. motor can't spin.

maybe I had a mistake .

The HDA contacts are completely different. I hope you didn't damage the preamp.

donor drive is O.K. (hm321hi)
But the patient is not spinning anymore.

Motor Chips area was overheating. i immediately remove the power.
i took only 3-4 seconds. nothing fried. (i hope)

PCB looks like gone.. could i burn the rom chip ? (i hope i can't)

when i isolate the head contact motor is not turning anymore . is this good news?
is that mean Preamp's O.K.
