Disk -- seagate Freeplay 1 TB model - ST1000LM010 , original issue - non detection
After opening disk in clean room its observed that head 3 is broken. It might have created scratches on lower platter.
Anyone keen to take this case ?.Customer has asked for max.charges. Pls. PM details with terms and conditions.

Have pictures of disk's internals? And original heads under microscope? And what did the customer say happen with it?
