Hard disk not detecting

please go through the link and tell me whats wrong with my hdd....after sometimre the disk starts spinning just fine.

If it is just slow at the beginning, then works fine, keep backups and use it until it fails.

If not, please post complete brand and model. Also a terminal log, if applicable, like in these instructions :

It's WD FBLITE. Typical issue of slow response and/or failed head/s.
If data is important seek for the nearest pro help.
