Starts fine, no strange tick/click noises so i think it is "fine", i got TTL UART converter and read some data from it. Takes too long to receive any reply from it.

I tried by connecting in USB to SATA adapter and i noticed that it keeps displaying (H) SATA reset, (S) SATA reset, (P) SATA reset while using the USB to SATA adapter, but it is taking like forever for any reply. By the USB adapter i was able to see the device and partitions on windows, but it took more than 15 minutes and the system got frozen after that. Is it too bad damaged?

Yeah, it is bad.

If you don´t need the data, buy another ( from other brand ) .

If you need the data, why were you cleaning smart ?

Probably yes, but if the data is important it would be better to send it to a professional.

This drives are of low quality, and not amenable to too much tinkering. Messing too much with it can make recovery much more expensive, if not impossible.

Do you have any hint? Maybe replacing PCB would help? Maybe there is problem with the heads? I found a perfect donor for parts for this hdd on eBay, ordering this drive and sending together to the repair center would help them to read the contents of the disk?

1. replacing the PCB will not help
2. if you send it to a reputable DR pro/company they don't need your help to find parts "if needed"
3. it "MIGHT" be still in a stage (needs further testing) where it can be recovered without parts, so it will be a waste of money if dont need it

Hear the man!

And just to add to (2), if the company needs you to find a donor disk for them, then they are not reputable enough and you should go to other place.

Of course, we are talking about data recovery companies, not pc repair shops.

Also, in which city you are located ?

Just got some spare time to pick-up the hdd with the pro. Not 100% of the data has been rescued however the result is great! That was not too expensive also. Thank you @rogfanther, the guy you recommended me is a great DR Pro.
