Good day,
I've received this HDD from one of our clients
Model: ST500LM000
FW: SM30
PCB NO.: 100731589
I have tried swapped ROM to a donor PCB, without avail
Please advise
Best regards

When did you change PCB then disk start spinning?
Very popular problem with this disk is damaged nand. Then symptoms is like disk is completely dead without any noise and don't spin.
