No I definitely didn't open it myself. I sent it to a place with a very professional and positive online presence including 5 stars on Yelp.

I wish customers would be business owners for 1 month and deal with companies like Yelp (and other). Their perspective is likely to shift dramatically.

Would you be able to share what city on the East Coast the drive is located in?
