Hi experts,
i have a bunch of HTS727550A9E364 drives that were taken off a proprietary device and all have a firmware that limit the capacity of the drives to 250GB instead of the factory 500GB. So i'm looking for a firmware that will help me overcome the limit. I have tried all possible sources but still firmware cannot be found.
Only hdd surgery seems to have all the firmwares available but they are not available for download. The drive have no valuable data for me so i'm just looking to overwrite the firmware with the proper one.
If anyone has a copy of the firmware available and can point a link to me it would be great !
