the other main thing is max number of Data Recovery Services in India were providing also computer repair services , sales etc. So who offering other services they should Need maintain customer Goodwill with low price ( not with Good Work ). And they don't have time to research on new updates..

We have the same kind of things around here, probably the other "excuses" you didn´t mention ocrcur here also, and most of times receive some adequate answers :

1. "Then we will do only the cheap version of the work and recover what is easy, since data is not worthy. Or you should forget about it and use the money for a new hard disk"
2. "Good. Then you pay the normal price now, and for each more work you send us you will receive 10% of the price they paid."
3. "I know, I remember you, but we have our expenses to pay. Father will agree."
4. "Well, then I will not keep you here. It is better to take the other pro´s offer before he changes it.."
5. "Sir, our price is that and we cannot change it."

My experience, mostly from 2) and 4) is that customers plainly lie. They have no intention of sending jobs to you and do not have better quotes. Will just say anything just to get some advantage, then later forget about what they said, promises and all.

Those that just cry about the price I can even accept and try to work something with them. Those that want to resort to the lying I feel like saving their recovered data to an used Seagate DM drive.

Some of those prices are very expensive !!! I was thinking that in India the prices of DR would be lower ...

those backlogs is mainly from Type 1 Members .. they just use small pirated softs and feel like data savers ...

And Right Prices are less in some Big cities ( DELHI , AHMADABAD, Kolkata, MUMBAI, HYDRABAD )
But those have branches in other areas where to get high prices .. but main branch services are (CHEAP)

And just out of curiosity, are you doing TYPE 1, Semi Professional Data Recovery or Professional Data Recovery ?

i expected this .. Before 2017 i am Type 1
When i bought Mrt and Clean Bench and some head swap tools
i am upgraded to Semi Pro

I don't think that @HARD RECOVER will be a "problem" to you but CDR-Labs do have way more "resources" and PC-3000 ... And they should be at TYPE 3 or "professional" level ...

I can "compete" as well as I can "steal" costumers with firmware only problems all over the world. So you have to be quick to grab any possible costumer posting here with issues that you might want to attempt to fix.

For the information purpose CDR-Labs are not only professional and he is professor for data recovery firms so many people learned directly from CDR-Labs , and hope i am still a starter and till not reached Hard Recover ..
