What the hell did you want to use the virtual charger for in this unit?

Want to lose your customer data?

I don't know what you want to do but if the drive shows the correct capacity in the identification, the drive is ready to recover the data. (except problems with sectors/G list, )

This album I've never been able to do anything, I invented the plates and one has a small chop on the plate. From the beginning shows capacity 0, and I can not read the plist (module 3) or 0X2B to recostruir the plist. So plist and translator are wrong and I can not reconstruct them.

There are a lot of causes will lead to LED problem in Seagate drives, and your offered information is not enough, I would like to suggest you to power off the disk and then power it on, and show us the information in terminal interface, maybe that time I can give you some help :)

I do not know English and I use the google translator, because of that some things may not be very clear.

This disc has not been touched, it has only been opened to examine the condition of the plates. The error is clear, damaged the plist and the translator, but I could not think of anything to access the information. I ask if someone has any ideas.

Greetings.

I do not have a certified clean room. But I do it in fairly clean conditions.
I have the necessary tools to make a head change.
In fact I can change the heads from one disk to another as many times as you want, I have even changed the dishes.
I have taken dishes with my hands, I have stained them with grease, I have cleaned them with acetone, and then I have recovered the data at 5 mb / sec.
Of firmware I am very scarce, but the will is not small. At the moment I have a recovery rate of 9/10, because most cases are almost always very common.

I insist I try to learn, and of course help when I can within my limits.

Returning to this particular disk, my question is whether without the plist and without a translator, the information can be recovered.

Greetings and thanks for your interest.

Of course, all those tests I do not do with the clients discs, it would be an outrage, but I have access to a multitude of defective units that I repair.

I do not have the modules 0x03, 0x0B, 0x2B.
The SA has reading errors.

You can do the following:
SA format -> Write common firmware -> and I stay the same as I am. No possibility of recovering data.

If I put all the SA in blank I will lose the correlation of LBA and PBA.
Then I make a copy of all the sectors and try to use a software that does not exist that links the data ????

Maybe when formatting the SA, the PLIST is fine? How beautiful it sounds.

This album is going to kill me and the information has it.

Greetings.

Another idea, as I read a piece of the plot and gives error read the tracks of the SA, and with the offset I get a piece of the plist, and if it is sequential I can reconstruct a reliable part of the translator and wait for the data I want to be there.

Is there a program that copies all the PBAs on the disk even though they are defective?

I am looking for information about the structures of the SA of the hdd.
In principle I am interested in the SEAGATE.
What are id files, Alt-List NRG List modules, etc.

Can somebody help me?

Thank you

This is the last message I put in the forum.
I do not want to meddle

If you review all the conversations you will see how much fun this experience has been for me.

Greetings and thanks for your help.
