SeaTools Long Generic Test Duration Is So Slow

July 18th, 2018, 5:38

1) I bought a brand new Seagate Backup Plus 4TB

I wanted to check the drive before using.

I run SeaTools and Long Generic Test.

It last 45 minutes and its at 3%

Is it normal?

2) There are 2 HDD shown with the same ID number as you can see in the picture. Is that normal?
I check both of them and run Long Generic Test. Is that the reason It is too slow?

Actual Drive Size : 4.6 TB
System : i7 6700 HQ, 16GB RAM
OS : Windows 10 64-bit
