Hitachi 2tb HUA722020ALA331 not detecting

i have Hitachi 2tb HUA722020ALA331 not detecting i test it DFL i backup nvram and module

but i see error in some module in 3 module copy 0 i write it again the write working good and after teat again all module are okay

but after i re power off and on again the hdd no detecting and can't see the module again what the problem and how can fix it again

If you write mod to the drive and it won't stay after repower, head is not writing...so headswap required.
