What is problem with drive?

If you are 100% sure it is totally dead (no noise whatsoever) you can try and change PCB but you MUST change ROM chip, it contains info 100% UNIQUE to your drive.
Chip is 8-leg device top left of your photo. They can be difficult to remove and re-solder to new PCB, so be VERY careful. Or get someone with good solder skills to do it for you.
BE AWARE.... IF YOU BREAK THIS CHIP IT IS “GAME OVER” FOR YOU.
