Hi
It is 10TB (TEN TB), HGST HDD. its Helium Filled HDD.
Client dropped it and we need to check inside condition and also need required action for data recovery.
Did you deal this drive?
We are trying to collect information as much as possible to take recovery in future.
Whats your experience with this drives?

I'll make it easy for you - you won't be able to recover it
several "why-s"
1. it's not supported by any commercial DR software, like PC3000
2. it creates media damage easily
3. it's hard to keep Helium inside, this model will not work w/o Helium
4. simple head swap almost certainly won't work
5. these drives lock themselves out for a bunch of reasons and you won't be able to do anything with it (see #1)

So, should we just wait?
Fortunately, I got some hope from a reliable expert about this case
