Scratch on HDD plate

Hi guys I need to swap the head but when open this HDD, surprise... Scratch on plate.I read in an old post that there is a spray to prevent the heads from breaking when they pass on the scratches. any suggestions?

That spay is just a joke -- there is no such thing. Looking at the filthy filter, all you can do is pass your regrets to the customer that the data is totally unrecoverable.

I had imagined but I was hoping that something could be done. however I have a compatible head I will try the possible using separate copy in mrt I hope it lasts.

MRT is not able to make separate head copy on this drive. Yes, it has the function but is buggy. Doesn't work at all!
Instead, the old PC3000 PCI it does separate head copy.
