Hi,Thanks for replying,,,I do all but not working!!! i am 100% sure it is a software issu. zero fill going to 100% and success!!! but the drive is not going to a specifi file system.means dont goes to ntfs or fat32,it shows windows was unable to compleate the format,,,or in diskpart after goes 100% it shows incorrect parameter,,,i think its hard disk firmware issu and not a minor problem
