Hello
Strange case:
Drive in topic clicking with native ROM. Spin up normally with donor ROM.

Donor ROM + native 4F makes the drive clicking.
I am trying to analyze native 4F with donor ROM's and compare.

Any suggestions?

Now I have a limited access to SA ( module 01 doesn't show some important modules like 31 and 33 )

Modules 0B and 20B should tell you the location(s) of module 01 in the SA. Perhaps you are looking at the wrong copy?
