hi, my Samsung external HDD was burned because of overvoltage. But I can't identify some burnt components to replacement. (markings of TVS, fuse or resistor) Could anyone help me? Thanks

The one you have indicated is a tvs, it is correct and if you remove it the circuit will work but it will not be protected against another overvoltage, the other component is a coil that together with other condensers acts as a filter for the current.
In theory if you remove the TVS the HDD should work, I think the coil can still work, if it does not work you can make a bridge and if it is to get the data you should work.
After removing the TVS you have to look if in the two contacts of the tvs on the plate there is short circuit. If there is, do not connect the PCB.

I removed tvs and coil that you mentioned. But I didn't bridge the coil yet. (the Coil showed 200 ohm resistance.) I will try it with bridged. thanks
