st500dm002 firmware kc45 no click bsy

Hi guys i have this disk in bsy, no click, spin regularry no strange noise but is in noise, terminal say PreampFaultStatus = 0004
SIM Error 1002
RW Error C4440080
in loop and it's impossibile to enter in terminal mode.
Suggestions ? Thanks

Try pressing CTRL+Z very fast repeatedly inside terminal as soon you power on the drive, until you reach T level (if it works you should see T level in few seconds).
If you can't enter in terminal then very likely is a locked one, you should try to short read channel.

no way, i have tried to entri in t level but nothing, appair for one second and again in loop with error

you can try by changing firmware to cc49
