same PCB Number
diffrent brand Bios Chip .
Its compatable. Tested. Ok

Brand of BIOS chip shouldn't matter unless the ROM code does check for a specific ID from the chip (i think this happens on some Seagates).

At any rate it's easy and faster to just write the ROM content from one chip to the other or even move CPs if the PCB is accessible to some degree ...

I love Toshiba.
Allways nice 4 my recovery arrempt.

Toshiba hdd PCB match so eays . Don't look anything. Just match PCB number.
Mostly WD PCB also same.

Seagate ST-10 arch and Samsung are more "cool" as you don't need to have specific ROM.

You can just WRITE ROM from database to compatible PCB to make it work on damaged drive.

Even if you do loose original ROM code it's just OK as all ROM code are the same as long as you match FW version (no adaptives and unique info on ROM)....
