Hi gurus, I'm opening this for gathering a comprehensive list of terminal commands for toshiba and fujitsu drives, and i'm starting off just posting these ones:
TOSHIBA:
BKxx set the size of the block output to terminal
BSxx set the segment of a memory block
CR ROM checksum microprocessor
DB output the buffer RAM dump at the current segment
DM output the microprocessor RAM dump at the current segment
DRx contents of the peripheral registers (x peripheral type H, B, C, D, M, S)
HP output a brief list of terminal commands
LC clear log
LM translates drive programming mode ROM (waiting synch symbols, then retrieves the data ROM in batch mode)
LP start the flash programming mode (requires a key to enter)
LT log table 100
NVA disables the NAND flash on SSHDs
RS reset, exit from terminal
SC output information about coordinates of the heads
SD output information about physical HDD parameters
SF output information about the status of HDD features
SG DEBUG data
SI index of the output buffer +1
SL output information about HDD security parameters
SM show mode data
SMhh switches overhead storage mode (xx official flag of the regime in hex).
SO output extended information about HDD SMART parameters
SP switch ARRE mode
SR output information about HDD S.M.A.R.T parameters
SM show mode data
SS show RIC
STxxxx set a memory block address
SW show idle status

TM current time
TR show HIC & TEMP
VR / VM output microprogram version
VVhh sets the segment for memory read command (xx in hex)
WBxxxx write xxxx word to the address in buffer RAM defined by the ST and BS commands
WMxxxx write xxxx word to the address in MPU RAM defined by the ST and BS commands
WRxxxx retains xxxx peripheral registers in the processor at the specified commands ST, BS (addr xxxx in hex)
WS write to RIC (wsxxyy = xx address, yy data)
FUJITSU:
/sa xx,yy output specified module to terminal (xx module, yy size)
/sf operation on serial flash ROM
/m output specified memory dump
/mm 128 bytes of memory dump
/wb edit memory bytes value
/ww edit memory word value
/wl edit memory dword value
/baud set baud rate
