Samsung HD204UI spins up, then down.

Hi!

I have the above mentioned 2TB HDD which spins up, but at a higher pitched sound then normal.
It sounds like it it releases the actuator to position read heads, but just stops and makes a slightly vibrating sound until the drive spins slowly back down.

Is this something anyone has any experience with?

I am really wondering if it might be a physical problem with the mechanics, the PCB or if it is a firmware problem.
