2060-800041-003 compatible sata pcb

Hi guys I have this pcb and I need to connect to mrt I haved try to use MRT WD-USB interface whit E71 - E72 - E73 - E75 pin and i have powered the disk with usb cable but nothing. Exist a SATA PCB compatible to this ? thanks for help and suggestions

A friend suggested I remove the capacitors to open the usb bridge if I want to use the adapter with the wires on the sata. Someone knows which capacitors to remove on this pcb, I think mrt does not work with the adapter for this reason. Thank you

This is the pcb. This disk have this problem, when powered spin normal no click no noise, windows recognize the disk but no partition and disk immediately spin down.
