toshiba head stack matching guide

there is a bit of confusing info on the internet about Toshiba head replacements and possible donors.

I was wondering what would need to match on a 1TB 2.5 Toshiba MQ01UBD100

Disk Drive ( i assume so 100% match )
Drive revision ( unsure here )
production date ( unsure here )
Serial number ( do i need a partial match here too ) ?

Any help would be great. The UBD model ( usb version ) seems similar to the abd version sata and i did a pcb / rom swap which seems to work as i can read the pcb via serial
