HELP!

February 8th, 2019, 12:39

So as i mentioned before,(you 100% dont know)my hdd was ruined in under 2 hours. From 100% down to 6% while I was transfering a big file.Im actually using a weird adapter that isn for 2,5 inch hdd,no,no its for 3,5 inch ones! But it does need an external power supply. So while using that thing on another hdd,i noticed that the hdd health was slowly slowly going down.Yes,yes i did backup my files and im safe. But whats the problem?Im I giving it too many volts?I use a 12 volt 2.0A power suply.
