Pcb replacement

hello friends ,
I had replaced pcb dead board for 2Tb Seagate and replaced the bios but still dead not spinning only getting deduction so u guys can help me out for this

Maybe soldering problem.
If there is no soldering problem Maybe Rom chip died. If Rom died hdd won't spin.

if you got same pcb, pls. check pin connection again. if pin soldering and connection ok, then chip off and read via ROM reader and see whether ROM chip ok.
