Seagate ST500DM002 Detect problem

Hi
in this drive i have no detect and no terminal, so with "http://us.mrtlab.com/tech/seagate/256.html" method invented by MRT LAB I can get F3 and full detect temporary
so i do m0,2,2,,,,,22 and m0,6,3,,,,,22 , but not solve problem.


this is terminal when i start normally drive

and in logic test there is no any badsector
i dont need data just want to repair drive
so any useful command to repair drive?
