Seagate Rosewood G to P merge

Seagate 1TB drive , F/W RSM7 has a number of reallocated sectors. No data on the drive.
Is it possible to merge G-list to P-list without PC3K, MRT, etc.?

Spildit ver 54xx can unlock terminal for all locked drives.

Using SeeChest, for example, or some tricky terminal (ATA or COM) commands...
Is it the drive unlock a must?
