While matching Donor pcb ,is rev. also to be matched

I want to know whether Rev. is also must be matched for compatibility of donor pcb ?
for example ---

Patient PCB --- 100535704 - Rev. D

Donor pcb------100535704 - Rev A /B /C

Will they match or I will be needed to be more specific for Rev D only.

Thanks samick , pcb matched. Can you pls.throw light as of rev.does not matter with all other seagate models and for Toshiba as well ?
