I have this disk, or its a clients disk, but short: It spins up and the heads are moving twice then thi disk spins down, and nothing is working, it cannot id the disk or the size etc, and the bsy, and drdare showing constant but half "power" in pc3000, but they show full in mrtlab, but here it shows size on 3,86gb
I believe i have to swap heads, but what donordisk is usable here?

Hi there,
Head change or cleaning is needed for sure. I would take out and heads and inspect them under a microscope, that will give you a good idea of what you are dealing with.
And also what to expect in the next steps. These Granada drives are unfortunately very weak build.
For head match, you need a Granada drive with same pre amp, there is a nice post on the acelab blog, how to find pre amp rev. in ROM.

If this is you first Granada, you should consider to outsource.
