patient pcb is dead replace donor board can't get fw version .

Did you try to read ROM via the serial port?

Why not use any ROM and recreate ROM from SA?

If not work (mostly working) desolder bios and read by external chip reader. Etc etc

But in Picture that you added , look like PCB failure. Look bottom. Drive not ready or busy. Cause
1) PCB or TVS failure or 0 ohm resistor problem.
2) wrong or corrupted ROM
