Previously when my Note 8 was on Android 7.0 the Seagate Media app had been running just fine however upon today's Android 8.0 update now whenever I am opening the app it simply is loading a blank screen on the startup and gradually crashes itself in a while. Any idea how to fix it guys?

wait till they update it for android 8, or contact the developers.
or try removing and re-installing, or even go to settings/storage and clear cache.
