I Wanted To Ask You And doomer and Dr Kiev ,There Are 3 ROMs in These PCB ,Two Are Smaller 25Q40 Then The third One third One is 1MBit 25Q80 ,If 25Q80 is ROM What is the use of other 2 EPROMS Please

PS : this is the First 1 Thats Come for Data Recovery For My LAB

Could these additional flash memories be backups of cached data for data loss protection purposes?

The PCB appears to have data loss protection capacitors:

You need to know that recently (as an example charger, palmer, carmel....) all of those NEW families are 1024k ROM
that is how you know which one is which...

Now what is the use of the other 2, I really don`t know (sometimes NOTHING, similar to some SSDs i tried before)

You Are Correct As you might have noticed that i saw 25Q40 eprom in 2 roms and 25Q80 in one so 25q80 is 1 mbit ,So this is rom for sure ,But i was wanting to know what other roms doo ,The Newer Drives From All brands are slowing increasing the complexity to work

In some countries its illegal to lock stuff ,so some are sourced from there but if you see anwar sirs few posts some can be unlocked too

ISTM that, if the extra memories contain cached data, you should satisfy yourself that there is no possibility to contaminate the patient's data with those from a donor. Therefore you shouldn't just dismiss them out of hand.
