ST1000LM014-SSHD-8GB
Heads look ok.
No strange behaviour.

only this files error when backing up
Sys file volume3, FID:21B, Copy:0 : .................:Err
Sys file volume3, FID:182, Copy:0 : .................:Err
Sys file volume3, FID:134, Copy:1 : .................:Err
Sys file volume3, FID:135, Copy:1 : .................:Err
Sys file volume3, FID:137, Copy:1 : .................:Err
Sys file volume3, FID:195, Copy:1 : .................:Err



All heads read some data and than unread some same parts. And other head same as picture added.
I have readed data bacwards. and saw unread part sizes almost same size.

Tried clear defect and smart and regen Translator. Result same,
Tried translator regeneration. Result same.
There is no entry on G list/Nonresident defect list
Tere is no erro log on terminal.

Rst 0x40M
Servo Processor Is Reset.
(P) SATA Reset

Request spin / disc table recovery
ASCII Diag mode

F3 T>/7

F3 7>X

Head 00 Resistance 024D
Head 01 Resistance 0216
Head 02 Resistance 0264
Head 03 Resistance 0004


H03 value strange. but reading full speed when read data.

Any suggestion?

I am using MRT. I guess maybe DE calculate wrong for head map. So I think all heads reading data. H03 could be died and DE tells me wrong info . Maybe

I couldn't find solution yet.
All heads reading according to MRT. I imaged 75% of drive . Drive has 4 head. I guess still 1 head bad.
Tried all thing that I learned for sector access. Nothing changed.
Customer happy with that 75% data . He declined head swap about cost. And I don't have donor. I think I close this case tomorrow. He want back patient hdd .

Please make a picture after the following actions:
Go to Operate->View head map block and after that press on "statistic head map block" button and let it finnish the operation.

After that take a print screen and we will see if the head map is calculated correctly in DE.
