Think , think again and then after all options that you will have in your mind you still think that this is for you ( REPAIR HD AND DATA RECOVERY ) the best thing to do is to look for help to learn.
Here is one thing that I think that can help.

Hi,cenahum
I agree - I was 1997 and 1999 in the states and had there different courses - you have to start with very basics it is "Disk drive technology" and you have to be prepared for painful theory including mathematics skills - Not for everone  :?
I was there for one week in 1997 and for 2 weeks in 1999 and had in sum 5 courses and the other guys (originally from the states) thought that I am crazy because everybodies courses were paid from their companies - I paid it by myself.
Best course was the disk drive head technology course because the guy which was the teacher was a former chief of the Seagate heads technology department.
It costs all included flights, hotels, courses - a lot - if someone is interested

Mathematics is intresting stuff, but not an mandatory requirement to start data recovery and drive repair activities. I think understanding general drive technology and skills of programmer and electronics engineer are more important.
