Refurbished Seagate donor match.

Hello Guys,
I have a refurbished Seagate drive. I sensed strangeness on the label. When I read Rom, I realized I was right. Hdd Id parameters are unusual. The disc is dropped, the heads are really bad.
ST2000VM003
SN: STPXXXX
PN: 1CT164-125
FW: MA21
I think it can be CB 06 when I check the preamp information over the current rom. Help on how to set the donor suitable for this problem can be great.
I like to gamble but I don't like too much risk.
