It's First Time I have Got a ROM with ODD Number on It.
Has Anyone Got Clue Here . I Need to Unlock it Actually .

I could not find the datasheet on Winbond site.

If the PCB is working, try powering it up to measure Vcc and IOs pins to be sure on the voltage. I suppose it is 1,8V.

Next try a cheap CH341A adapter to read it.

**NOTE** standard CH341A uses 5V on its Vcc pin. You can modify it to provide 3,3V (pin 9 => to 3,3V and cut track & Vcc pin => to 3,3V). Now you have a 3,3V device. You can them buy a 1,8V converter for it and try to scan it using several free eeprom readers software. You can them use the flash id sequence to retrieve information about it.

Hi,

Have you been able to read this chip? I bought new HDDs and this time I'll make ROM backups as well - and two of them uses this chip and I was unable to read them (HDDs are working..)

If so, could you provide me more info on how to do it and the tools you used?

I was able to read it by setting chip size manually, and unchecking "check ID" while reading .
