Just to close this one off.

Posted my dead drive to Sean/pcimage on Saturday. Received confirmation that it had arrived safely on Monday and it was scheduled to be looked at. Tuesday morning I received notification that they should be able to recover the data and would I like to proceed. Confirmed I would, and received a directory listing of the recovered files, which confirmed the files I wanted were there. Invoice arrived. Invoice paid. Received notification that my files should be back with me tomorrow.

I'd like to thank Northwind for recommending pc image. Sean and the team have exceeded all my expectations. Communication has been excellent all the way through, and getting my files recovered is obviously a massive bonus.

If Heineken made data recovery services.....

Thanks again,
Ian.

Hey Ian

You're most welcome.

pcimage is top notch, as always.
