 Post subject: Does anyone know how to get rid of slow sector?

I normally found out there is some hdd has brown and red colour and sometimes a lot of green colour box when scan using mhdd.
Does anyone know how to make the hdd free of those colour?
and does anyone knows how to get rid of sector which is slow/stop on scan but not consider bad sector.
