Had a Tough Time making it stable But now its again acting up ,Head 02 was disabled while cloning folders selected by client .It was 2TB but i managed to clone 1.5TB disabling head 02 in DE .

What's your goal here?
Recover without H2 or get that side as well?
In the latter case a head swap is unavoidable (with all its implications and complications), unless you can get it work somehow.

Pepe Sir ,
Initial goal is to make the drive stable and clone all platters that worked like 00 01 and 03 ,Then do a head swap .

and did you change head map? Would not be surprised if it didn't work btw.
i have specially patched firmwares for these coz they don't really like head map changing out of the box.

What is it (firmware patch) ?
could you please enlighten us, how to headmap this type of drives
