I found EAZZ drive cover's photo and I think this type's not match...

I attached patient EAAZ drive cover and PCB's photo.

WD60EAAZ-22BLVB0
VENICERP <-- family
5040 RPM <-- should this be 5640 RPM ?
256M
SATA3 6GB/S

EAZZ uses the 2060-810032 PCB.

EAAZ uses the 2060-810051 PCB.

EAAZ has a higher areal density (1TB per head versus 0.8TB per head).

There are significant differences between WD80EAAZ and WD80EAZZ:

There is some confusion I think
WD WD80EAZZ is an AvalonC5 family, I haven't seen WD80EAAZ yet.
WD WD60EAAZ - is a VeniceRP family, you could try VeniceR heads (but I haven't tried them myself yet, so I don't know if they are truly compatible)
VeniceR drives example
WD60EMAZ-11LW3B0
WD60EDAZ-11U78B0
