Hi and please help I have had this problem now with a few external drives. The drive shows up in windows as drive f for example, but if i right click on it or left i see the blue circle and after a while nothing happens.. wont open. How can i reformat so that this will work again? tried everything, many programs etc, some will finally say reformat complete but same thing. wont open. this disk in particular i ran a chkdsk on and after this is what i got... any ideas? got to be a way to refresh this harddrive....
