Please help to repair this eeprom.
This hdd is not spinning. I suspect the eeprom is corrupted because if i put a different pcb it spins but no data access..Original pcb is not spining

this rom seems ok at first glance, what terminal output do you get?

If this drive came out of a surveillance system, perhaps it is firmware locked? (I don't see a PUIS flag in the IAP segment.)

If you can upload your donor ROM, I could transfer the patient's adaptives into it.

I presume that you have tested your patient ROM on the donor PCB and verified that the no-spin symptom moves with the ROM.

At first glance, I see that this rom version does not have too serious errors

You were right. I changed the pcb and moved the rom.. its now solved

I changed the pcb and moved the rom.. its now solved..

The pcb was dead so i moved the rom to new pcb
