No External Rom on this model. It's built into the MCU.

Is the original PCB dead or no longer working?

Rather than move the MCU to a new board, you can get a another donor PCB and if you have PC3K, you can recover the lost ROM from reading the SA areas on the patient and then write it back to the donor PCB

You need SA modules 0x102, 0x103, 0x104, 0x105, 0x106, 0x107 and 0x109.

If MRT can't rebuild the ROM ...

Many options,,,

-Hotswap if you have the same HDD
-Write any ROM and access SA with LDR (SPT 1980 DF1 for example)
-Terminal if you have proper tools
-Finally, outsource

There is an option in mrt to create rom from SA but have not used it before. but I need a way to get modules at first.

Well I have no donor drive just donor PCB so hotswap is out of option, but the other two
1. Could I use donor PCB with its Own ROM?
2. I have MRT with terminal, but is it usable with faulty PCB ?

Then you will gain access to SA. Then use the MRT function to rebuild the ROM.

Good luck.

Honestly IDK, Im not good with electronics.
I think its better to create rom from SA. if didnot work then outsource PCB for repair.
