Hello ha340, sorry if I still do not tell you that I'm also interested in this circuit. You made us a very nice offer, and I think that everybody that read the messages here has interest in you offer, but maybe all of us was thinking that after the post of Tony you will give us the circuit. Sorry for that.

to buy a device like that would cost you about 12-15 dollars. I believe it is cheaper to buy it then building it....
