Dear members,

I have purchased the PC3000 product from Acelabs, I have also purchased all firmware repair programs from Salvation data.
Unfortunatley I have no experience in data recovery and I need help.
I am an administrator for a Government dept and I need the above software to repair 15 Maxtor drives - mostly Diamond Max 8 & 10 Fujitsu MPG drives.
The documentation from the above products is good but very hard to follow, thats why I'm looking the following:

1) Somebody to give me a step by step process in using the above software or other methods to fix the Diamond Max 8 & Fujitsu MPG drives.
2) Somebody to provide documentation on the process (optional)
3) Somebody who can support me on an ongoing basis in recovering data.
4) Somebody who can provide me with firmware ROM updates.

In return I will pay very good money to the person (s) that can help me.
All enquires please email me to newzealandlamb@hotmail.com

Regards,

Tony

Hello,
About PC3000, just write what you need at PC3000 user list.
Trainning in PC3000 in english look at the representant of Acelab at Canada, they have a very good course there.
Salvation Data , I think that they can support you, the software is very easy to use and if it can do what they say will be peace of cake.
Also my friend for 15 Maxtors and 10 Fujitsus, ...... I do not understand really. Here in Brasil all the job ( if all drivers can be fixed ) could cost you 350,00USD with warranty and no rush.
Anyway here we go......
Bone chance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
