I have several offers on work on last 2 year, but look like all such offer is just brain f#cking...

People say yes we need skilled person, but then i say: "Yes, we can thinking about it, what about detail?". They start thinking is they need it at all or not.

I can't understand your point from your post, where do you look for a job ? In USA ? in any other country ?
