hey,
is here any difference if I install HDD in vertical position in my PC, or if I install it in horizontal position in my PC ?

I don't think it matters. Installation instructions on the Seagate website says, "Mount the drive in either the horizontal or vertical position depending on your case orientation." That being said, I don't think either way is materially better or worse than the other.
