I think, you upload flash via terminal, and flash was downloaded via terminal too? Via terminal U6 reads flash incorrectly. You need flash, readed via programmator or on the PCB of Fujitsu drive. And after this flash must be prepared for uploading. In your case needs to reprogram flash using programmator.

flash was downloaded via terminal too? yes
how to do reprogram flash using programmator?format?

You must desolder flash chip from PCB..., and program chip in external memory programmer...

I use bios programer or terminal upload .
how to do reprogram flash using programmator?format?
